Hey there, my name is Bryan! 

 

Your navigator through your fitness journey!

I will guide you past the quick fix fad diets and on the right path towards the body you want!

Here are a couple of fun facts about me:

• I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA

• I am a Precision Nutrition certified coach

• I have helped hundreds of people lose weight and get stronger

• I am also a gigantic fan of Marvel movies and the Dallas Cowboys

Growing up I was always a little chunky and hated how I looked and felt. Over the years I learned as much as I could on how to lose fat while building muscle and getting stronger.

I fell for a lot of bullshit marketing and quick fixes that never got me the results I wanted.

I created this website and my coaching services to help others to avoid those traps and work towards a body they can be proud of while enjoying an active happy lifestyle.
